What’s Offered at JFTS
Strength Training
Our strength training section offers dedicated benches, squat racks, dumbells up to 90LBS and fixed weighted barbells. We have plenty of accessories to give you that boost during your training. From resistance bands to ab wheels and variable box height for jump training. Cable machines and accessories and different types of barbells are all available with all of our memberships!
Cardio & Endurance
We have treadmills, bikes, battle ropes, stair climbers, and turf for dryland, mobility, and static or dynamic exercises. Included in our cardio area is the airdyne bike!
Customized Nutrition Plan
At JFTS, our experienced fitness coaches will create a nutrition plan tailored to your individual goals and needs. Our dedicated team of experts will assess your current lifestyle, activity levels, body composition, medical history and any other information relevant to developing an effective nutrition plan. We will also take into account any dietary restrictions you may have to make sure your program is tailored to meet your individual needs.
Consultations
At JFTS, we believe in providing our clients with the best possible service. That’s why JFTS offers a free consultation to discuss your individual goals and needs. During this initial appointment, you can expect to get personalized advice on how to reach your goals, as well as tips for improving your overall health and wellness.
Personal Training

These services provide individualized coaching and support, helping you stay motivated as you work towards your goals. You can expect to see real results and learn about different exercises and nutrition plans. Personal training services can also help you maintain a consistent workout routine, hold yourself accountable, and focus on your goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Semi-private training is performed in groups of 2-4 participants. Each client is individually assessed and provided a program designed to meet their specific goals. Our Personal Trainers will attentively coach you through proper technique and precise weight to ensure a safe and effective workout.
